Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Handmade skincare products require time for preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
Goddess Aura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Goddess Aura is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, Goddess Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier for assistance.
